A Majestic White Mountain Wedding

Located at a breathtaking site in Pinkham Notch at the base of Mt. Washington, 8 miles north of Jackson and 8 miles south of Gorham. The Glen has been the home of several fine hotels in the past and now the site of our beautiful lodge situated along Route 16 between the Northern Presidential and Carter Moriah Mountain Ranges. Our summer season is from mid May through mid October. The winter season is December through March. The best times for outdoor weddings are mid June through early September.  However we do have an amazing foliage season for a smaller wedding that could use our indoor facilities.



Unique Additions
Mt. Washington is the tallest peak in the Northeastern United States at 6,288 feet. Have your ceremony performed on the summit or offer as a special treat for your guests, a guided tour up the Mt. Washington Auto Road. A popular tour option for groups is our Evening Tour. These are our “after hour” tours. We schedule this tour to coincide with the sunset. Drive your own vehicles, (normal vehicle limitations apply) guided up and down the Auto Road by our Stage drivers. Or let us drive you. Our Stages will take you on a 2 hour tour giving you an hour at the summit. This tour accommodates 2 – 100 people. Views of the sunset and experiences at the summit are unforgettable. We have other tour options available.

Great Glen Trails is an Outdoor Center with 40 Km of trails as well as kayaking programs and mountain biking for the more adventurous wedding and corporate groups or to entertain guests on the days around your function. Your guests are also welcome to walk our extensive network of carriage roads.

We have an on site café and can offer catering services, other options are available.



The Libby Room
Perfect for a small reception, ceremony or meetings. Accommodates 30 people with tables and 45 people with chairs theater style. Receives morning sunshine.

Outside Locations
Multiple outdoor sites to choose for your ceremony and reception; the Glen, Glen Overlook, Great Angel Cabin and the Orchard Hill.

The Great Room
Our main room with spectacular views of the Presidential Range to the west. Gas fireplace and outdoor balcony. Accommodates up to 80 people with tables.
