Great Glen Trails

High noon again

(More blog entries from marty)

At noon, the cannon sounded and all was over. A team must have a rider on the course when the cannon sounds and those who understood time management waited for the blast before crossing the finish line. Of course, there were those who turned this into a 25 hour race too. Power to them.

Krissy did portions of a lap in the sumo suit. Hans did the last lap, a portion in a beard and with captain's hat. All of us fell. A pleasure riding with Al, Hans, Hannes and Krissy. Thanks to everyone behind the scenes and fellow riders, especially those who heeded my call to pass my ..... And solo riders, you rock.

So, being over 40, I've got lots of t-shirts. Now I've got another. Time to zzzzzz.
