Importech Summer Mountain Bike Series Set to Begin at Great Glen Trails
(More news)Pinkham Notch, NH—The Importech Summer Mountain Bike Series begins at Great Glen Trails on Tuesday, July 8.
The series moves to Tuesdays this season but still offers a great opportunity for riders to get out and challenge themselves. The Importech Summer Mountain Bike Series features divisions for all ability levels and ages as well as separate courses for different abilities. The long course is the most difficult featuring the most technical single track. The short course offers much less technical riding and is great for kids or those just starting to mountain bike.
Racers may ride the course any time between 3:30p.m. and 7:30p.m. Competitors may race solo or as part of a team. Teams are made up of three racers, and the fastest combined time wins. All riders that complete 5 of the 8 weeks are eligible for the prize raffle held on the final week during the awards party. Prizes will also be awarded for the faster riders in each class and age group.

- Kids (Ages 5-17) $30

Biking is available daily at Great Glen Trails, which features a network of gentle carriage roads that are perfect for the whole family to ride together.
