Unique weather is a part of life in Pinkham Notch. Clinics may be modified due to “uncomfortable” weather. Severe weather or unsafe conditions may force cancellation.
-In the event of cancellation of the ENTIRE event, a refund of the individual’s registration fee less a $25 processing fee will be given.
There will not be a weather date.
In the event that Women’s Winter Escape is cancelled after 8:00 a.m. on Saturday January 14th, only those who checked in will receive a refund. Individuals who do not check in on event morning will not be eligible for refunds.
-The Mt. Washington Summit Road Co. dba Great Glen Trails reserves the right to modify any portion of Women’s Winter Escape in any way during the two days to accommodate weather or course conditions. No refunds will be given in the circumstance of the event being held, yet one or more of the clinics being cancelled. We will cancel the event if registration is under eight (8) participants; at that time a full refund will be given.
