Pinkham Notch, NH—With new snow falling in Pinkham Notch, Great Glen Trails is now open for the winter season offering cross country skiing, snowshoeing and snow tubing.
Thanks to 4 inches of new snow overnight, Great Glen Trails is now open for cross country skiing over 10 kilometers of groomed terrain and with 40 kilometers of snowshoe trails. The snow tubing hill is also open thanks to a solid base of manmade snow.
Although the season is off to a late start, Great Glen Trails is ready to host on-snow family programs including Penguins and Polar Bears from December 27-29, a Moonlit Snowshoe Tour on December 29 and Family Snow Day on January 1.
Great Glen Outfitters is open daily as well with a complete selection of cross country ski equipment, snowshoes and outerwear.
Great Glen Trails is now open daily from 8:30am to 4:30pm.
