Pinkham Notch, NH—Throughout the winter, Great Glen Trails offers programs to get kids out on snow and teach them new sports. All while having fun.
Every day is for kids at Great Glen Trails with lessons specifically designed for kids. It’s all about making sure they have fun while learning the basics. Spread the peanut butter. Spread the jelly. You’ve just learned how to go downhill.
Kids’ lessons are offered daily for all ability levels. Ages 5 and older.

Penguins & Polar Bears
Great Glen Trails offers a special ski camp during December and February vacation weeks: Penguins & Polar Bears. Games and learning fused to create a fun atmosphere for kids led by Great Glen Trails’ and former Olympian Sue Wemyss.
During each three-day session, kids will plays games such as tag, one-ski ball pass and capture the flag, and all are played on skis to develop skills of balance, gliding, turning, slowing and accelerating for both beginning and experienced skiers. Kids will also be able to explore the trail system at Great Glen Trails on special scavenger hunts.
Penguins are kids ages 6-8, and the Polar Bears are ages 9-11.Both groups meet each day from 9:30 am to 11:30 am. High quality children’s equipment is available for rent, if needed.

Cost: $99 per session, includes three-day camp, trail passes and rentals (if needed).
