    An outdoor fitness program to help women, ages 16 – adult, develop Flexibility, Endurance, Whole body involvement, Agility, Balance, and Strength. The development of such physical characteristics can lead to greater fitness and thus greater enjoyment of cross country skiing and snowshoeing, as well as other recreational activities.

    This fitness program is designed for boys and girls in grades 4 through 8 to improve physical fitness while having fun outdoors at Great Glen Trails! Program is led by Sue Wemyss: Ski School Director, Kayak Guide, and 1984 U.S. Olympian, Cross Country Skiing.
