Quick Details
Like to ride? Try a fatbike!
Fatbikes are softer and the wide tires make it possible to ride on the surface of the snow. Fatbikes are allowed on our trail system as long as the snow surface conditions will allow for safe, non-impactive biking. It is not permitted to fatbike if the snow is too soft if the bike leaves a rut or if you are having trouble keeping the bike in a straight line. Always best to call ahead if you are in doubt.
Want to give it a go? Rentals are available in adult (26′ wheels) and junior (24′ wheels). A trail pass and helmet are required.
Book your fatbike rental in advance.
We’ll have it ready for you upon arrival to our base lodge. It’s always best to reserve because we have limited inventory on bike sizes. You can purchase your trail pass at the rental desk; your trail fee is NOT included in the cost of the rental.
If we are unable to accommodate you for fatbiking due to snow conditions, we can offer you a Gift Card or refund. Visit the Snow Report page for the most up-to-date information on our trails.

If the snow is too soft, we do not allow fatbiking on the trails. Fatbiking when the snow is too soft leaves ruts in the snow and makes it challenging to groom flat.
If you are having trouble keeping the bike in a straight line, it is likely too soft to fatbike.
