Our smooth and well-marked carriage roads let you explore the forest and take in the mountain views. Pedal through beautiful meadows, pass scenic rivers and see stunning mountain vistas. Go at your own pace. Bring a picnic lunch and stop at the river or Great Angel Cabin. Wide carriage roads are marked green for novice / beginner and blue for intermediate.
Bringing your own bike? Just get a Trail Pass! Be sure to bring your helmet.
E-bikes are prohibited as we are on a US Forest Service easement however if you have a disability that keeps you from biking without the use of an E-bike, please call and talk to our pros at the rental desk.
Throughout the Great Glen Trails network you’ll find sections of single and double track. These trails are perfect to get your heart racing and are featured in our various bike events. They are marked from easier, to intermediate to expert. Sorry, no E-bikes unless you have a disability that that keeps you from biking without the use of an E-bike.
Need to rent? We offer a full fleet of adult and children’s mountain bikes from Kona, fatbikes from Reid, and comfort bikes from Schwinn. All bike rentals include a Trail Pass and a helmet.
We also offer Bike Trailers for toddlers as well as Trail-A-Bikes for youth.
A weekly mountain bike series for all abilities and ages. Every Tuesday for 6 weeks, racers can ride the long, short, or mini courses between 3:30 and 6:45pm. Register online — no fees!
Join us for the best bike race and party of the summer. Register as a solo competitor or a team of two, four, or five on the 8.8 mile course throughout the Wonderland of Great Glen Trails.
