Quick Details
Come build lifelong memories with us this winter.
Bring the kids! Even the big kid inside you. Our walk-up Tubing Hill has some of the best family-friendly sliding in the east. No lines, no lifts. The perfect activity for all ages and abilities.
One pass is good for a two hour session, which gives you plenty of time to enjoy the snow. Plan ahead and book online. Please note that each adult is required to sign a Tubing Waiver, and all waivers must be signed online in advance of arrival.
Walk up, slide down!
In line with our other human-powered activities at Great Glen Trails, we are happy to offer our safe, old-school tubing hill just like you remember. And, with the fresh air and exercise, you’re bound to wear out those kids!
Follow the signs to pick up your tube and walk to the top. Be sure to stay on the walking lanes. Slide down, and smile. No skills necessary. Be mindful of other tubers coming down the hill when exiting your tube. Have fun!
Hosted fire-pit on weekends and holidays.
Join “Grandpa Roger” at the top of the Tubing Hill on weekends and holidays for a hosted fire-pit complete with s’mores and hot chocolate. Be sure to book your reservations in advance as we do sell-out on the most popular days.

You should wear clothing and boots that will allow you to be comfortable outside, in cold weather conditions. We recommend you come prepared to Tube, but you can always boot-up and put your snow pants on in the car. At the top of the Tubing Hill, there is a warming hut and we have portable restrooms. You are welcome to bring snacks and drinks, but please be sure to carry out all trash or recyclables.
-
Tubing reservations can be rescheduled 72 hours (3-days) in advance. Tubing is non-refundable and non-transferable. Great Glen Trails is an outdoor, natural attraction, and as such, weather can impact our offerings. In the event that the Tubing Hill is closed due to extreme and/or unsafe conditions, your booking will be rescheduled or refunded.
-
When you arrive, park at the Great Glen Trails Base Lodge. One person from your party needs to come into the building to check in. Once you are checked-in, you’ll drive yourself over to the parking area for the tubing hill, located across the road.
From the parking area, you’ll walk to pick up your tube and follow the arrows to the best tubing hill around.

In the case that mountain weather prevents us from operating, reservations may be cancelled. Should that happen we will reach out to you to make arrangements to reschedule or refund your booking.
