The development of such physical characteristics can lead to greater fitness and thus greater enjoyment of cross country skiing and snowshoeing, as well as other recreational activities.

    This fitness program is designed for boys and girls in grades 4 through 8 to improve physical fitness while having fun outdoors at Great Glen Trails! Program is led by Sue Wemyss: Ski School Director, Kayak Guide, and 1984 U.S. Olympian, Cross Country Skiing.

    Nordic Warm Up

    10:00 am - 11:30 am

    It’s been months since you’ve been on snow, but you can pick up right where you left off. Join Great Glen Trails Ski School Director and Olympian Sue Wemyss for the Nordic Warm Up. Every session from 9:00am-10:00am Sue will have an optional waxing clinic. Ski session to follow 10:00am-11:30am.
