HOLIDAY CRAFT FAIR
The Great Glen Trails Craft Fair is a fundraiser for the Great Glen Trails Bill Koch League (BKL), a youth Nordic ski club for 1st through 8th graders that meets weekly to emphasize the fun of skiing and improve technique.
Funds raised through registration, the raffle, and bake sale support the Great Glen BKL’s activities during the coming Nordic ski season. In addition to the booth fee ($55 per 6’x6′ space), each crafter will be required to donate an item valued at a minimum of $30, which will be raffled off on the day of the craft fair.
Registration for crafters to participate is only offered online and must be paid via credit card.
Booth Fee (represents approximately 6ft x 6ft space) = $55
Booth fee includes:
(1) 6′ table
Electricity if needed.
- Registration is on a first-come first serve basis
- You may not purchase a booth for another crafter
You may choose to forgo the table (and chairs) for your own display setup.
All crafters must donate an item to the raffle to benefit the Great Glen BKL Club; the item donated must be valued at $30.00 or greater. Raffle items will be collected at 8:30am on the morning of November 25th.
7:00-8:30am – Setup
8:30am – Booths must be set up (any crafter who is not on-site will lose table space)
9:00am-3:00pm – Open to Public (all crafters must remain set-up during this time frame)
The bake sale and raffle are ongoing throughout the day.
All booth purchases are non-transferable and non-refundable; if a scheduling conflict arises, you will only be given a refund if your booth space can be resold to another crafter on the waiting-list before November 1st.
